At Vocally, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. 14-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. No questions asked.

We will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
Vocally offers the following paid subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $5.00 USD per month
- Yearly Plan: $50.00 USD per year
All subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle through our payment processor, Polar.
3. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Vocally Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
